Kristina trudged herself deeper and deeper into the forest, to search, once again for the small cottage. Her home. She'd been searching day after day for a little under a year and had had no success whatsoever. She felt some confidence today, happier, as if she was getting closer to finding her mother, and sister. She saw a light flashing ahead of her and a voice, and she let it guide her, maybe she'd run into someone that could help her. She had a sudden urge to call out the her mothers name, thinking to herself, there was no way it would work, of the hundreds of times she had tried before she had no such luck. "Mom!" Kristina yelled hopefully... "Gigi?" She called, not expecting a response. She stood still and noticed the light getting closer to her. She didn't smell any alluring smell of blood but what she did smell was a somewhat familiar smell, she must have had a previous encounter with the stranger. She inched closer to discover who it was and paused, giving whoever it was, time to approach her.

Gianna sadly glided through the forest, searching endlessly for her missing sister. She had followed her here to forks but had lost her soon after. Where could she be? Gianna plopped onto the green forest floor, frustrated. Then, abruptly, a sent met her nose. Kristina..? Was that her? She sprinted lightly through the forest. She had to find her. Gianna finally came face to face with her long lost sister.

"G-g-g-i-anna?" Kristina stuttered. "Is that you?" She ran up to the girl that was once her sister, but had been away from her for so long, she quickly embraced her and smiled happily at the reuniting of the two sisters. "I missed you" Kristina admitted, overwhelmed with the happiness in the moment. Kristina looked into Gianna's eyes expecting to find the same old hazel eyes staring back at her, but she was appalled to see the one thing she was definetely not expecting to see in her long lost sister, the eyes that had once been a soft, beautiful, innocent hazel color were now the scarlet red color of a savage, a beast, that she could have never imagined on her sweet little sister. She was a vampire. Kristina frantically tryed to go back in her memory, back to when she had been attacked and bitten, but her mind wouldn't allow it, it wouldn't even go further back then the past couple weeks. She realized in that moment she had forgotten most of her human life, this saddened her and her smile drooped, probably disappointing Gianna, but she had to know that Kristina hadn't known about the tranformation. Or had she foolishly forgotten?

"Hah, you didn't expect to see me here, did you?" Gianna chuckled. "I bet you also didn't expect to see me a vampire." Gianna smiled. "I bet you want to hear my story. Well, here it goes. When you snuck out, I followed you. Then, the vampire attacked us and you left the scene before I did." Gianna frowned, wishing she hadn't been so nosey.

(OOC: shes just realizing her power)
Kristina should have suspected this. She shook her head in disbelief anyhow. As she stared into Gianna's eyes she heard a faint voice in her head, it sounded like Gianna but her lips weren't moving. She decided to respond aloud to the voice thinking she was just going crazy and Gianna had really said something outloud. "Sorry, I'm not trying to be nosey its just you can't honestly expect me to take it lightly, finding out my sister is...dead" Her once relieved and shocked expression now turned into pure sadness. "Why?" She asked, knowing Gianna would know what she was talking about.

"Oh, its okay, I understand. I just wanted to know where you were going. I wish both of us didn't go, I wish I had stopped you. Then neither of us would be in this position." Gianna sighed, and abruptly turned into a human, for she wanted to weep. And she did. She simply sat on the forest floor, hugged her legs to her chest and cried. "I'm sssorry! Thhiss is myy fault!" Her shoulders shook with despair. I should have stopped you!"

Kristina stood, shocked as Gianna sat on the wet dirt. "NO!" She hollered, she would not let her poor little sister take blame for that. "IT IS NOT YOUR FAULT AT ALL" She continued. Her tone softened for a moment and she said "You did nothing wrong, it was actually the kindest thing I'v ever heard of." She paused to look down at Gianna to make sure she was listening, she wouldn't be able to repeat this heartfelt speech. "You pretty much basically died for your sister, you gave up your life, risked killing others because you wouldn't be able to control yourself, and risked not seeing mom" She hesitated wondering if she should include the last part "You do not take any blame... It's my fault...Entirely. I don't want to see you like this for something you did, foolishly may I add, but caringly, for me."

Gianna looked back up at her sister, and dried her eyes. "Thanks, that makes me feel a little better." Gianna had always been a drama queen. She immediately changed back into her vampire form. A form she was hardly getting used to. She felt so light, like she could just float up into the sky. It was a weird feeling. Kind of awkward in an unusually graceful way, even though that made no sense. She laughed to herself, getting caught up in her thoughts, as usual.

"I know what you mean" :-/Kristina said, replying to the voice in her head again. "But the important thing is that we're together now, and happy" She gazed down at her, just now realizing she had just been crying. "H-h-how did you do that?" She questioned anxiously, with the small hope that this had all been a mistake and Gianna really was human still.

"You must read minds, huh?" Gianna smiled and clasped her hands behind her back."To answer your question, I can cry because my power is switching to a humanlike form. Its not completely human, but I can cry, sweat, and breath like humans can in that form. It is useful, but its also sort of dangerous to use because if I become thirsty POOF!" Gianna illustrated with her hands, "I become vampire again, right before a human's eyes." Gianna concluded her story with a long sigh. "I already miss mom." Even though it was off topic, it seemed relevant in a strange way.

Reading minds? Kristina thought to herself... that could be useful. "I see" She said, replying to that said about he power. "I miss mom too, did you see her, do you know what happened to her?!" She asked quickly.

[colors=lime]"I'm not really sure where mom is, she's probably at home, freaking out, wondering where we are." she sighed, depressed again. "So, how have you been? Have you found a place to live?" It was kind of random, but she still asked anyways, because she wanted to know how her sister was getting by. Gianna needed to get a job somewhere, because she needed to find a place to live herself. Possibly an apartment in Seattle.

"GIANNA! Our house isn't there anymore, I thought you would know what happened?!" Oh no, Kristina thought. "You really don't know?" Pause "Nevermind" She continued, "No, I don't have an apartment I'v been living on the streets, mostly the forest, I still can't control myself around humans, and you?" She asked.

"Oh..." House, gone? Gianna thought to herself. Why? Gianna asked mentally, knowing Kristina would be reading her thoughts. She felt herself tremble, having a hard time controlling her emotions. It was like she was relearning being a human whenever she was in a humanlike form. She could barely stop herself from crying again. At least she was having an easy time controlling her thirst, otherwise this new life, if you can call it life, would be unbearable for the first few years. Possibly the first decade. That thought made her shudder. Thankfully she was better off then Kristina in one way. She sighed, finally gaining control of her emotions and stopping the tears before they started.
